Pizza Line Cook
Join our kitchen crew as a Pizza Line Cook and master the art of authentic Detroit-style pizza. You'll be responsible for prepping ingredients, stretching dough, topping pies to recipe specs, and maintaining a clean, fast-paced station. No prior pizza experience required — we'll train you the Via 313 way.
Shift Supervisor
As a Shift Supervisor at Via 313, you'll oversee daily operations during your shift, ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience. You'll lead a small team of crew members, manage opening/closing duties, monitor food quality, and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Front-of-House Team Member
Our front-of-house team is the face of Via 313. You'll greet guests warmly, take orders accurately (in-person and by phone), process payments, and ensure the dining area is clean and inviting. Great communication skills and a friendly attitude are the keys to success in this role.
Delivery Driver
Represent Via 313 on the road by delivering our iconic Detroit-style pizzas to happy customers across the Webster area. You'll need a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a clean driving record. Earn base hourly pay plus tips and mileage reimbursement on every delivery.
General Manager
The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of a Via 313 location — from team hiring and training to P&L management and guest satisfaction. You'll set the standard for quality, culture, and efficiency. Restaurant management experience is required; a passion for pizza is a must.
